London Campus
The campus in London is situated in the illustrious Holborn neighborhood in the heart of the city. Their campus is easily accessible to dining, entertainment, and public transportation, but it still feels cozy because of the friendly presence of both staff and students.
Major renovations have recently taken place on campus, making it an even more enjoyable place to learn and meet new people. It’s ideal because it includes all the amenities you require, including quiet study spaces, free WiFi throughout, computer labs, common areas, and library spaces.
History
The New University of Ulster, the forerunner of Ulster University, was established in 1984. In 1984, it merged with Ulster Polytechnic. It then became part of four Northern Irish campuses, Jordanstown, Coleraine, Derry (Magee College), and Belfast. Additionally, courses are offered at two additional branch campuses in Birmingham and London.
This university is the first to offer online degree-level courses in the biomedical sciences and to start degree-level programs. On October 8, 2001, the university launched its virtual campus. It’s interesting to note that the University of Ulster Freshwater Laboratory was the previous name of the facility.
The College Union (UCU) and Ulster University branch formally managed the “UCU Declaration of Dispute” and put the university management declaration into effect in April 2012.
